Utility Aid – Reuse Network Annual Conference sponsor spotlight

Sponsor spotlight: Utility Aid

We are delighted to announce that Utility Aid is the Bursary Sponsor at the Reuse Network Annual Conference 2023! Utility Aid’s mission goes beyond simply providing cost-effective energy solutions; they are deeply committed to environmental responsibility and social impact – something that aligns with us here at Reuse Network.

Utility Aid is the UK’s largest energy broker for the not-for-profit sector. Its dedicated team provides a high-level service to manage and maintain your portfolio covering procurement, Bureau services, Full Account Management, Historical Audits and Carbon Reporting, and Net Zero planning. To date, Utility Aid has saved its charity customers over £6 million through its Invoice Validation Services.

By sponsoring the conference this year, Utility Aid has helped create three bursary places for the conference this year which will be made available to our smaller Reuse Network members. Through its sponsorship of the conference, Utility Aid has made it possible for three Reuse Network members to attend the conference who may not have had the opportunity to attend without the available bursary places.

Why Utility Aid?

Utility Aid is one of the many brilliant Suppliers on the Reuse Network Suppliers’ Suite and have been helping members make savings on their energy bills, streamline their processes and provide advice on how to navigate the ever-changing energy market.

Our partnership with Utility Aid is going from strength to strength – this year, Reuse Network members have welcomed some of the Utility Aid team into their charities for volunteering days!

As well as sponsoring the conference this year, Utility Aid will be one of the many exciting organisations that will be exhibiting at the conference. It will be a great opportunity to meet with some of the team from Utility Aid and find out more about how they can support your organisation.

What to Expect

The Reuse Network Annual Conference will serve as a platform for sharing insights, strategies, and success stories in the field of reuse, making it a crucial event for those committed to building a sustainable future. Here’s what you can expect on the day:

  • Inspiring plenaries: based on the feedback we have gained from our members during our series of regional roadshows earlier this year, we have built a programme centred around what matters most to reuse charities. We’ll be hearing from experts from funding, local government, marketing, social value and more.
  • Interactive workshop: Put your questions to a panel of marketing experts and learn how to elevate your impact and craft an effective presence both online and offline.
  • Networking opportunities: connect with like-minded individuals and organisations passionate about the power of reuse.
  • A diverse exhibition hall: explore the latest products and services from organisations who have aligned themselves with the Reuse Network values and mission and are dedicated to helping reuse organisations play

Join us at the Reuse Network Annual Conference 2023

The Reuse Network Annual Conference will be making its way up north this year and we are delighted to be hosting the event at The Midland Hotel in Manchester on Tuesday 10th October 2023.

This conference will be an opportunity to discuss the critical issues facing the sector, explore burgeoning opportunities and learn from leaders in the sector who are innovating to create change for their community.

You can read more about the conference and register for a ticket here.

We’d like to say a huge thanks to Utility Aid for continuing to be supporters of our work here at Reuse Network. With this sponsorship, we are able to keep these important events accessible.
