2021 Annual Conference
The Reuse Network Annual Conference is a time to celebrate successes, come together to collaborate and create change through forward-thinking.
Now more than ever we need to get together to celebrate all the sector’s successes despite the many challenges we have all faced and pay tribute to the hard work of so many people working and volunteering within your charities and social enterprises.
After two cancelled conferences in April 2020 and April 2021 due to the COVID pandemic, we are delighted to be holding a one-day conference on Thursday 11 November 2021.
We want to share new ideas and discuss the forward-thinking that keeps you all as network leaders of the reuse sector. In order to keep costs as low as possible, we have decided upon a one-day conference followed by a drinks reception and gala dinner, with an overnight stay and breakfast. There will be plenty of time for networking and revisiting old friends and colleagues.

Chesford Grange Hotel
The hotel is set in 17 acres of beautiful countryside yet is near main motorways and rail routes with Birmingham airport just 16 miles away. The bedrooms are spacious and along with their impressive conference facilities they offer a spa with pool and gym, a restaurant, outdoor terrace and well-stocked bar!
This conference is the only conference dedicated to reuse and reuse charities in the UK. Our members provide essential and affordable reused furniture, electrical items and household goods to alleviate poverty and tackle climate change.
If you want to hear from organisations working on the frontline of reuse as well as industry influencers and policymakers, with a mix of environmental, societal, and economic topics this is the event to come to!
What happens on the day?
On Thursday 11 November, registration will commence at 9 am with the conference kicking off at 9.45 am. We will have a full day of discussion, ConverStations, and networking. An Exhibitors’ Hall will be found in the coffee and break area, and you will have multiple opportunities to speak directly with our exhibitors about their products and services.
Following the conference, you will have some time to unwind and relax before our Drinks Reception at 7PM followed by our Gala Dinner at 7:30PM, Awards Ceremony at 9PM and entertainment.

The Reuse Network Awards aim to recognise, celebrate and motivate performance within our sector and among our members. We will be shortly opening applications to our awards (including Volunteer of the Year, Innovative Project of the Year and Reuse Organisation of the Year). Awards application are open to Reuse Network members only.
Three fully-funded bursary spaces are available to member organisations with a turnover of £200,000 or less and covers the cost of a 1-day, 1-night delegate ticket.

Every year the Reuse Network Conference attracts CEOs and Senior Managers within Operations, Retail, Warehouse and Logistics across the UK network of furniture re-use organisations. Reuse Network members are independent charities and social enterprises who specialise in re-use activities to alleviate poverty and reduce unemployment.
The Reuse Network’s annual conference is aimed at not only professionals in the furniture re-use sector but also practical leaders and decision-makers in local and national government, retailers, waste companies, universities and research facilities along with the volunteers and shop floor staff who work at the ‘sharp end’ of the organisations.
