Sponsor Spotlight: DHL Envirosolutions

Posted on the 8th October 2021

This year we are pleased to welcome DHL Envirosolutions as our Secondary Conference Sponsor of the Reuse Network Annual Conference 2021.

Since 2014, DHL Envirosolutions and Reuse Network members have worked together for the reuse of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) to supply low-income households with affordable goods – this partnership provides an average 27,000 units a year in all of the UK. By repairing and reusing unwanted white goods, the scheme also provides apprenticeships and work for people who might have otherwise struggled to enter employment.

DHL Envirosolutions believe that all electrical appliances are valuable and through its commercial partnership with us, DHL has been able to divert thousands of products from landfill and into the hands of people who need them the most. DHL Envirosolutions offers innovative waste, recycling, compliance and energy solutions to help businesses reduce their existing carbon footprints and boost their bottom line.

We are incredibly proud to have been working with DHL Envirosolutions for such a long time and have been lucky enough to build a strong relationship with the team. We are really looking forward to spending time with the DHL Envirosolutions team celebrating our charity members and hearing their inspiring stories across the day and night.

Throughout the conference, we will be highlighting the innovation, creativity and know-how of our membership who have fought back during a challenging year and provided vital services to their communities across the country. We’ll be hearing from Reuse Network members who adapted and excelled, as well as hearing from our Chair of the Board of Trustees, Stephen Cawley, and Trustees Ali Ward and Peter Everett who will be presenting the Reuse Network 5-year strategy alongside CEO Craig Anderson.

We are looking forward to this year’s event and want to take this opportunity to thank DHL Envirosolutions for its sponsorship.

The conference programme can be found here and you can read more about the conference and register for a ticket here.
