Ticket prices do not include VAT. VAT will be added at the PayPal checkout.

All Refunds on cancellation of booking will be made in line with the conference venue refunds policy which states the following:

• Date of cancellation: 25 to 12 weeks before event, cancellation refund 25%
• Date of cancellation: 12 to 8 weeks before event, cancellation refund 10%
• Date of cancellation: less 8 weeks before event, cancellation refund 0%

NB: By booking a place at the Reuse Network Regional Roadshow you agree to be photographed during the event. We will only use these photos to promote future Reuse Network events.
