Annual Conference 2023 Terms and Conditions

Prices do not include VAT. The Early Bird Discount expires on 31st July 2023.

Please note that attendance at membership rates to the 2023 conference is possible for paid-up members only.

Any organisations that have not renewed their membership by the due date will be re-invoiced to pay the full non-member rate. All bookings are to be made through Reuse Network and not the conference centre directly. All Refunds on cancellation of booking will be made in line with the conference venue refunds policy which states the following:

• Date of cancellation: 25 to 12 weeks before event, cancellation refund 25%
• Date of cancellation: 12 to 8 weeks before event, cancellation refund 10%
• Date of cancellation: less 8 weeks before event, cancellation refund 0%

NB: By booking a place at the Reuse Network Annual Conference you agree to be photographed during the event. We will only use these photos to promote future Reuse Network events.
